Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When you upgrade, you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
What happens after my free trial ends?
You will be prompted to choose a plan and add a payment method. If you do not subscribe, your account becomes read-only — you can still log in and view past invoices, but you cannot create new ones.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The monthly price is all you pay for Gigtap. Payment processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) are charged by Stripe and apply only when your client pays an invoice online.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans are available at a 20% discount. Contact us or switch to annual billing in your account settings.
Can I add more team members on the Team plan?
The Team plan includes up to 5 members. Additional seats are available at $8/month each. Contact us if you need a larger team plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your clients can pay invoices via card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or ACH bank transfer.
